Dr. Rich achieved the status of master biofeedback practitioner, allowing her to train practitioners across the U.S. on the L.I.F.E. System. She opened The Energy Shop Wellness Center in August 2020 to help clients overcome chronic pain and complex medical issues using her combined expertise in toxicology and the L.I.F.E. System.

After suffering a medical accident Dr. Rich endured facial paralysis and constant pain. She began searching for a medical device that could help her regain feeling and muscle control in her face.  “With more than 40 programs, the L.I.F.E. System was able to send specific frequencies to the damaged area to help my body repair nerves and regain muscle control of the damaged area. Since then, I have regained 80 percent muscle use, feeling in my face, and it reduced the excruciating neurological pain,” she relates.

Dr. Rich uses the L.I.F.E. System to help clients overcome chronic headaches/migraine pain, muscle pain, and “gracious aging,” as Dr. Rich describes. She also helps veterans, active military and government contractors detoxify their bodies from exposure to heavy metal concentrations or radiation.
